  To start with they had no record of our booking which was repeatedly blamed on us for apparently not confirming our booking which we in fact had done. Drinks were nice and the food okay but not really worth the prices as it was standard scran with very little flair. Service was incredibly slow, there was well over half an hour between finishing the starter of a lone scallop with fennel until we were served our main dish of lamb and vegetables in a vague broth. Overall the place was noisy and a bit awkward, funny it's called the Old School because it felt reminiscent of the school canteen full of loud chatter and clatter. There's other much better places to eat on the island so I'd recommend looking them up before booking here.
